Review: Primero mezcla 125 g de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente con 100 g de azúcar hasta obtener una crema suave y homogénea. Después añade 1 huevo y 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla, removiendo bien para que todos los ingredientes se integren. Incorpora poco a poco 200 g de harina y una pizca de sal, mezclando hasta formar una masa blanda; en este momento también puedes agregar chips de chocolate o frutos secos si quieres darles más sabor. Cuando la masa esté lista, forma pequeñas bolitas con las manos y colócalas sobre una bandeja para horno dejando espacio entre ellas. Hornea las galletas en el horno precalentado a 180 °C durante unos 10–12 minutos, hasta que los bordes estén ligeramente dorados. Sácalas del horno, déjalas enfriar unos minutos para que se endurezcan un poco y ya estarán listas para disfrutar con leche, café o solas. 🍪
